LUTCHER — St. James Parish Hospital is excited to announce the implementation of  Patient Satisfaction Surveys for additional services.

If you visit the hospital’s ER, Urgent Care, Hospital-Owned Clinics or one of St. James Parish Hospital’s outpatient departments, you may get a text message or email requesting feedback about your visit. Inpatients will continue to receive a paper survey in the mail.

Surveys should only take a few minutes and will help the hospital recognize staff and better serve patients in the future.

As always, patients are also invited to share anonymous feedback via www.sjph.org/feedback which is available through the hospital’s website 24/7.

“We appreciate hearing from our patients and look forward to reviewing their feedback,” said Kassie Roussel, Director of Marketing and Foundation.

“As a smaller hospital, we have a unique opportunity to make patient care extra special. Feedback from our patients allows us to learn firsthand what we do really well and what we have an opportunity to do even better.”
