LULING — A meeting will be held from 6:30 to 7 p.m. today, January 4, at the Ramada Limited Luling, 13889 River Road, to register floats, dance teams, trucks and other groups for the 2023 Krewe of Lul Mardi Gras Parade.

The final date for parade registration and payment is February 8. Additional registration meetings will be held at the Ramada Limited Luling from 6:30 to 7 p.m. on the following dates: January 11, January 18, January 25 and February 8.

A mandatory meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. February 15, and the parade line-up will be distributed at this time.

Parade entry has been REDUCED for 2023. The small float fee is $100, and the large float fee is $150. Fire trucks, rescue units, show cars, and trucks are $25. Business and advertisement vehicles are also $25. There is no entry fee for dance teams and festival royalty/queens. For more information, follow the Krewe of Lul Facebook page.
