The Hard Freeze has ended for St. John Parish and we are asking residents to turn off all dripping faucets and continue to conserve water.

– A Boil Water Advisory remains in effect for Reserve, Garyville, Mt. Airy, and the West Bank.

– Lower than normal water pressure is still affecting some of these areas as a result of numerous water leaks, multiple days of freezing temperatures, and running faucets. We appreciate residents’ patience as crews work to repair leaks and the water systems rebuild pressure.
