I know she puts salt in it. That makes it really good. She puts it in the oven. You know those pictures where the turkey is cut and stuffing is coming out? She cuts it where the stuffing comes out and she takes a picture of it. Everyone takes a picture of it.

LAPLACE — It’s that time of year when we think about our blessings. Like any year, it has been one of gains and losses, but in order to appreciate the flowers we have to endure the rain. Surprisingly, the rain comes with blessings of its own. Without the rain, there would be no mud puddles to jump or impromptu baths for birds.
This year we have a treat from St. Joan Arc Catholic School in LaPlace. With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, many of the first and second graders have been thinking about their blessings! Check out what they are thankful for below.
