GRAMERCY – Perry’s Posse Inc. has been selected as a beneficiary of the Gramercy Winn-Dixie Community Bag Program for the month of December 2022.

Launched in February 2019, the Winn-Dixie Community Bag Program is a reusable bag program that facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the communities where shoppers live and work.

Perry’s Posse Inc was selected as the December 2022 beneficiary of the program by store leadership at the Winn-Dixie located in Gramercy. Perry’s Posse Inc will receive a $1 donation every time the $2.99 reusable Community Bag is purchased at this location during December 2022, unless otherwise directed by the customer through the Giving Tag attached to the bag.

“We at Perry’s Posse Inc were very excited to learn we were chosen for the great opportunity to fundraise for cancer patients going through treatments,” said Joan F LeBouef, public relations representative of Perry’s Posse Inc. “COVID and devastation from Hurricane Ida pretty much put a halt to our active fundraising, so were limited in funds that go directly to patients to help get them to and from their cancer treatments. With the cost of fuel alone, this opportunity will definitely help the patients and help kick start many fundraising ideas we have on the drawing board now.”
