RESERVE — Residents of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Home were joined by spooky characters from the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office for a Halloween celebration Monday afternoon. Activities include trick-or-treating in the center hall and a talent show where veterans stepped into the spotlight to sing, dance and play musical instruments.
