SJSO: St. Charles Parish man arrested for 56 financial crime felonies

Davon Tyrell Dallon, 24, of Killona was re-booked Friday, September 2, 2022 in connection to financial crimes.
On August 8, 2022, the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division arrested Dallon on an outstanding warrant from Jefferson Parish as well as several additional felonies related to his actions during his attempted arrest.
Search warrants were later executed on the vehicle operated by Dallon and other personal items linked to Dallon by the SJSO Crimincal Investigations Division-Financial/Cyber Crimes Division. In accordance with the search warrants, detectives found evidence that directly connected Dallon to depositing 28 fraudulent checks into 22 individuals’ accounts at a local financial institution.
Dallon was re-booked today 56 financial crime felonies. The total of all checks believed to have been deposited by Dallon is $202,706.15 with a current total loss to the depository bank of $65,604.15.
Dallon is being held in custody at the Sherman Walker Correctional Facility.
