Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress. The homeowners received a motion alert from their security system and observed a female subject entering their attached shed. The subject stole a frozen turkey and bag of meat. |

Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies responded to a report of theft by “skip scanning” items. The manager advised incidents had occurred since April of 2022 by two employees, where they had scanned only some items that had been placed in bags that left the store. |
