SCC’s Academic Games team achieves success at nationals

LAPLACE — St. Charles Catholic has long supported the academic and competitive goals of its students. This April, SCC’s Academic Games Team, a group of academically enthusiastic students, traveled to Knoxville, Tennessee, to compete against other teams from around the country.
Barry Cummins, Samantha DeFrancesch, Alexis Monistere, Carter Ory, Allie Powell, Erin Powell and Maggie Powell competed in the 2022 National Academic Games Tournament in Knoxville, Tennessee from April 22-25, and St. Charles Catholic is excited to announce their achievements! SCC students competed in On-Sets, Equations, Presidents and Propaganda as part of the New Orleans Academic Games League teams. Here are the results:
