• School Board member Ali Burl is sponsoring an Easter Egg hunt with fun, games, prizes and food on Saturday, April 16. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Belle Pointe Park and from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Victor Sanders/ Ezekiel Jackson Park.

 

• Join Rae Dior Couture’s inaugural Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 16. The event will take place from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at Jerusalem Shriners, located at 1940 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan. Eggs will consist of candy, gift cards and small business giveaways. There will also be a $100 golden egg. This event will include food, a live DJ and dance contest, train rides, and photos with the Easter Bunny.

 

• First Baptist Church of LaPlace is hosting its annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 16. Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m., and the hunt will begin at 9 a.m.!
