EDGARD — St. John the Baptist Parish residents looking to safely and confidentially dispose of old bank statements, tax returns, bills, receipts, credit card applications and old medical records can attend the Community Shred Day on April 30, 2022.

Shred Day will be held on the West Bank from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Juan Anthony Joseph Memorial Park in Edgard. The East Bank event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at REGALA Park in Reserve.

This event is free to St. John Parish residents. Please remember to remove all paperclips, staples and other bindings before shredding. Residential shedding only (no commercial shedding) will be accepted until capacity is reached.
