Irine Bailey, 18, of Reserve was arrested Sunday, March 20, 2022 for rape involving a juvenile.

On March 19, 2022 juvenile detectives received a complaint of allegations of child sexual abuse. During the course of the investigation, detectives obtained evidence that Bailey had engaged in sexual contact with a juvenile. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for Bailey’s arrest. Detectives made contact with Bailey March 20, 2022, and he was charged with second degree rape (felony) (sex offense).

He is being held in custody in lieu of a $40,000 bond.
