LAPLACE — As of the morning of Monday, Sept. 13, 68% of Entergy customers remain without power in St. John the Baptist Parish.

Meanwhile, 34% of customers remain without power in St. James Parish, and 79% of customers remain without power in St. Charles Parish.

Maps with estimated restoration times in the River Parishes can be accessed at  https://www.entergy.com/hurricaneida/etr/.

Customers currently without power in St. James Parish can expect to see restoration soon, as Entergy has reported that the majority of customers in this area will be restored by Sept. 14. A majority of residents in St. John Parish can expect to have power restored between now and Sept. 20, while some residents on the West Bank may have to wait until Sept. 21-25.

Some neighborhoods in St. Charles Parish saw power restored over the weekend. However, many customers in this area are expected to regain power between Sept. 15 and Sept. 25.

Green lines on Entergy maps indicate that the line segment is energized, and power is flowing. While the main line may be energized, Entergy maps do not show power flow all the way to the home. Therefore, it is possible there could be damage or other issues between the energized line and the home. Maps rely on software to predict the location of outages, while actual outages may vary.

If you are aware of an inconsistency between the reported status and power availability at a location, please text OUT to 36778 or go to MyEntergy or Mobile App and report your outage or dial 1-800-9OUTAGE or report your outage to the automated system or speak to a representative.
