GARYVILLE — A new distribution site for St. John the Baptist Parish residents impacted by Hurricane Ida is opening from noon to 5 p.m. today, Sept. 4, at Garyville/Mt. Airy Math & Science Magnet School. Starting Sunday, the site will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Other sites distributing water, ice and MREs in St. John the Baptist Parish daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. are the Wallace Fire Station (5733 Highway 18 in Vacherie) and REGALA Gym (200 REGALA Park Rd. in Reserve).
