LUTCHER — St. James Parish Hospital is excited to welcome Dr. Dylan Poche, family practice physician. Coming from a family of physicians who have long cared for this community, Dr. Dylan is dedicated to providing high quality primary care in St. James Parish alongside his father, Dr. Jerry Poche and uncle, Dr. Randall Poche.

Dr. Dylan Poche earned his undergraduate degree from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux. He earned his medical degree in 2018 from Louisiana Health and Sciences Center in New Orleans and went on to complete three years of residency in Family Medicine. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of family medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Dylan is committed to giving back to local communities, having volunteered for Camp Tiger in New Orleans and the local Multiple Sclerosis Society in addition to supporting ULL athletes and acting as a spokesperson for the LSU Family Medicine Residency Program in local high schools.

When Dr. Dylan is not treating patients, he enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking and spending time with his wife.

Dr. Dylan’s clinic is located in Suite 1400 in the Medical Plaza next to St. James Parish Hospital. He sees patients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m. To schedule an appointment call, 225-869-3493.
