Randall Brewster pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft less than $1,000. The defendant is to serve six months in parish jail, suspended and deferred under Article 893. The defendant is placed on six months of active probation and must commit to a substance abuse/AA program in the Baton Rouge/Prairieville area. He must pay a fine in the amount of $100, court cost of $169.50 and a public defender’s fee of $550.

Oscar Caldera pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (third offense). The defendant is to serve two years D.O.C. suspended and deferred under Article 893. The defendant is placed on two years of active probation. As a condition of probation, the defendant must successfully complete the 40th JDC Adult Drug Court Program. He must pay a fine in the amount of $2,000, court cost of $315 and a public defender’s fee of $550. In connection with this plea, one year prescribed may be suspended if the offender is accepted into a Drug Court division probation program.

Kendrick K. Bolden pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (third offense). The defendant is to serve two years D.O.C. suspended and deferred under Article 893. The defendant is placed on two years of active probation. As a condition of probation, the defendant must successfully complete the 40th JDC Adult Drug Court Program. He must pay a fine in the amount of $2,000, court cost of $315 and a public defender’s fee of $550. The one-year period which shall be otherwise imposed without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence may be suspended if the offender is accepted into a drug division program.

Joseph Gennaro pleaded no contest to simple criminal damage to property under $1,000. The defendant is to serve six months in parish jail, suspended and deferred under Article 894. Defendant is placed on six months inactive probation. The defendant must pay a fine of $500, court cost of $169.50 and restitution in the amount of $102.75.

Tyrone Gordon pleaded guilty to two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and possession of weapon by a convicted felon. The defendant is to serve 15 years D.O.C. each for count one and two. For count three, the defendant is to serve 10 years D.O.C.  All three sentences are to run concurrently and without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension. The defendant is given credit for all time served from Dec. 6, 2018 and must pay a court cost of $315.

Isaiah Marks pleaded guilty to possession of a CDS I. The defendant is to serve six months in the parish jail, suspended and deferred under article 894. The defendant is placed on six months of active probation and must complete an online DA course (effective decision-making) and sustain employment. He must pay a fine in the amount of $300, court cost of $169.50 and a public defender’s fee of $250.

Michael Tolliver pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (third offense). The defendant is to serve two years D.O.C. suspended and deferred under Article 893. The defendant is placed on two years of active probation. As a condition of probation, the defendant must successfully complete the 40th JDC Adult Drug Court Program. He must also pay a fine in the amount of $2,000 and court cost of $315.
