Please note that maintenance work will be performed on the pipe rack that crosses River Road on the levee between St. Charles Parish Water Works and Prospect Ave. adjacent to the Valero Refinery. As a result, the community bicycle/walking path will be blocked in this area from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Friday, November 13.
