Two-year-old Knox held an American flag as he waited in the early voting line outside of the St. John the Baptist Parish Government Building in LaPlace. While in line, Knox cried out because he wanted to exchange the little American flag in his hand for the big American flag he spotted flying on the flag pole outside of the building.
