• Carlshane Dennis, 31, of Reserve, pleaded not guilty to Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon on Sept. 16. Dennis is also charged with three counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder and one count of Principal to Second Degree Murder. The next motion/preliminary exam will be on Oct. 14.
• Kolby Louque, 29, of Lutcher pleaded guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a pre- sentence investigation.
• Keith Clark, 38, of Lutcher pleaded guilty to Simple Burglary (10 counts) and Theft of a Firearm (four counts). Sentencing was deferred to the court pending a pre-sentence investigation. The defendant was sentenced to eight years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
• David Cable Jr., 30, of LaPlace pleaded guilty to Possession of Marijuana. The defendant was sentenced to six months in Parish jail, suspended, and placed on six months of active probation.
