Teche Action Clinic is committed to serving our patients and keeping them safe. Below is information about an adjustment to our clinic sites’ regular hours of operations to better serve the public in continuing to provide quality healthcare at this time.

Notice of Site Closure: Due to the expected inclement weather from Tropical Storm Cristobal and in the interest of patient and staff safety, we are forced to TEMPORARILY close all Teche Action Clinic sites on Monday, June 8. All sites will close by noon on Saturday, June 6 and are expected to reopen Tuesday, June 9,  provided the Storm does not create operational barriers. As a safety precaution, our patients are urged to pick up any needed prescriptions prior to close of business noon on Saturday, June 6.

Teche Action Clinic is a private, not-for-profit, federally qualified health center, accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home. We are committed to providing comprehensive, safe quality healthcare to residents of St. Mary, Terrebonne, St. John, St. James, Lafourche and Assumption Parishes, and surrounding areas.
