Above, members of LaPlace Area Recreational and Youth Organization (LARAYO) formed the Krewe of Allovus in order to build community spirit and celebrate Mardi Gras.

The 2020 Krewe of Allovus Carnival Ball was held Feb. 15 at St. Charles Catholic High School. The theme this year was “Allovus Explores Ancient Egypt.”
