St. James Parish Guilty Pleas

Jennifer Tortirich, 38, of Maurepas, pleaded guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Things and was sentenced to two years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
Alexander Harrison, 54, of Vacherie, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to two years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on two years supervised probation.
Assistant District Attorney Adam Koenig prosecuted the above cases, and presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Thomas Kliebert.
Cody Kinler, 37, of Paulina, pleaded guilty to Theft Over $5,000 but Less than $25,000 and was sentenced to two years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
Earl Moffett, 51, of Arabi, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to two years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on two years supervised probation.
Tyron Johnson, 20, of Gramercy, pleaded guilty to Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm and was sentenced to one year in the parish jail with credit for time served.
Assistant District Attorney Adam Koenig prosecuted the above cases, and presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Jessie LeBlanc.
