Thomas F. Daley Memorial (Hwy 51) Park to Close for Andouille Festival

LaPlace – The Thomas F. Daley Memorial (Highway 51) Park will be closed to all foot and vehicular traffic beginning at 6 a.m. Oct. 11 – Oct. 22 for 2019 Andouille Festival logistics.
The closure will allow for festival preparation and proper breakdown/cleanup and ensure public safety isn’t compromised.
Residents should be advised that Cambridge, Belle Pointe, Emily C. Watkins, Greenwood, and REGALA Parks are all available with walking paths.
The 2019 Andouille Festival will be held at the park, 2900 Hwy 51 in LaPlace, Oct. 18 – Oct. 20 and will feature great food, good music, and an overall fun time for all ages. For more information on the 2019 Andouille Festival, please visit www.andouillefestival.com.
