LAPLACE — Shondrell Perrilloux of LaPlace is announcing her candidacy for State Representative of District 57 for St. John the Baptist Parish.

“My experience in law, my education, my competency, ability to get results and my experience as a businesswoman are among my many unique talents,” Perrilloux said.

“My agenda is to restructure policies and procedure to support the best interest of our community, and I also intend to introduce legislation to assist small businesses in becoming successful. I intend to advocate for the People.

“My focus is to promote fairness and success. Here are a few additional agenda items: child support collection restructure, tax collection restructure, small business funding, environmental protection and education.”
