THIBODAUX — Four St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were among 19 graduates of the recent Peace Officer Standards and Training program Class 109.
The class is conducted by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Training Academy in Thibodaux.
The 15-week program includes firearms training, physical fitness, Louisiana criminal and traffic law, writing reports, conducting interrogations and general investigative techniques instruction.
Deputies Jacqueline Gabriel, Roberson Thelemaque, Kristina Liscano and Keniel Henry were recognized as certified Peace Officers April 22 during POST graduation at the Moses Community Center in Thibodaux.
