St. Rose Elementary announced the 2018-19 Student of the Year is Sam Rockefeller. She is a fifth grade student in Heather Lozano’s class and was selected based on her overall grade point average from third to fifth grade, service given to the community, leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities.
