The Historic Bethlehem Baptist Church in Hahnville, located at 14989 River Road, and Pastor Rodney Johnson are hosting a Family and Friends Day Sunday with an 11:30 a.m. Worship Service.

The guest speaker is Pastor Calvin Smith of Philadelphia Baptist Church in Hahnville.

On Oct. 28, they will be celebrating Men and Women’s Day with guest speaker Pastor Kevin Tillman of New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Edgard.

Morning Star Missionary Baptist on River Road in Wallace and Pastor Frank Johnson are celebrating their church’s 108-year anniversary at 3 p.m. Oct. 28. The guest is Pastor Augustus Brown of Mt. Nebo Baptist in LaPlace.

AOL Church family day

Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in LaPlace will be holding their Family Day “Get in the Game Grill Out” from noon to 3 p.m. Nov. 11 in the Piovan Parish Hall backyard.
