LAPLACE — Two men carrying as many hand-held power tools as they could hold walked out of The Home Depot Saturday in LaPlace without paying for the items.

According to information released Thursday by the St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office, authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying and locating the two males who stole several DeWalt power drills.

Police did not disclose the approximate value of the stolen items.

Anyone who may be able to identify the pictured suspects is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office TIPS line at 985-359-TIPS or the Criminal Investigations Division at 985-359-8644.
