St. Charles Parish Chief Administrative Officer Billy Raymond presented Chief Financial Officer Grant Dussom with a recognition for winning the ‘Distinguished Budget Presentation’ award from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for the 2018 Budget at the April 23 Parish Council Meeting in Hahnville. The Finance Department has won this award six times.
