BOUTTE — Brandon and Melissa Neal created Picture Me Flawless four years ago to offer professional photography and makeup services to those in the River Parishes.

The couple doubled down on that dream a few weeks ago, opening up a St. Charles Parish storefront under the same name.

Located at 13322 U.S. 90, Suite O, in Boutte, Picture Me Flawless offers photography services focused around family portraits, weddings, business headshots, glamour and seniors.

The professional make up services offered cater to weddings and brides or just having a full face make up for a special occasion.

“Most importantly, we offer our customers great service and an experience that just can’t be matched, while providing confidence in the process,” Brandon said. “Our goal is for every client to look and feel their very best, knowing they are truly wonderful inside and out. We emphasize that you are perfect the way you are, and at Picture Me Flawless we strive to enhance the best version of you.”

Community love and the couple’s family-oriented approach drive the new store, which the Neals feel provides something different that the area needs.

“We want to continue emphasizing the importance of family and life milestones that bring us all together through an art customers can appreciate,” Brandon said.

“We also feel that being a local storefront where customers can go to get professional services for photography and makeup can be very convenient instead of having to travel long distances.”

The Neals promise their boutique studio provides custom services tailored to every individual.

“To be working with your partner on the journey to build a legacy is awesome,” Brandon said. “(Melissa’s) experience as a model, along with knowledge in beauty, really compliments the photography style we use. Our teamwork is one of our strongest assets. We are constantly learning from one another. Especially with having to balance our personal and business lives with three children, being able to do something we love together brings out the best in us.”
