LUTCHER — The River Parish Hornets Youth AAU Boys and Girls Track and Field team, featuring athletes ages 6 to 16, is gearing up for another year.

Those who would like to participate in track and field for the summer, the starting date is April 17. Practice time is from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Organizers said the team is meeting on the levee by Alexander Funeral Home in Lutcher.
