MT. AIRY — In keeping with its more than a quarter-of-a-century tradition of supporting community schools, Nalco Champion an Ecolab company is awarding grants to K-12 teachers in the St. John the Baptist Parish, St. James Parish and St. Charles Parish school systems through the Ecolab Foundation’s 2017 Visions for Learning grant program.
“Education is the cornerstone of a strong community, and a focus of Ecolab’s community giving initiatives,” said James Kulesa, Plant Manager. “Ecolab consistently supports educational initiatives to help today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders. Our Visions for Learning grant program provides teachers with funds to obtain additional classroom materials to help students in grades K-12 achieve their learning goals.”
The deadline for teachers to submit an on-line application for consideration is May 1.
