Curtis Jones joins 4-H as St. John’s assistant youth development agent

EDGARD — Curtis Jones is St. John the Baptist Parish’s new Assistant Youth Development 4-H Agent.
Jones graduated from Alcorn State University with a B.S. Degree in Agribusiness Management and completed his Master’s requirements in Agriculture Economics.
Jones has several years of experience as a 4-H Youth Agent with Mississippi State University Extension Service. He has worked with shooting sports, livestock, photography, school clubs, community clubs and more.
Jones has presented numerous educational programs on bullying, livestock safety, interviewing skills, character education and manners. He is looking forward to working with 4-H clubs and starting new clubs in St. John Parish. Jones can be reached at 985-497-3261.
