St. John Sheriff’s Office looking for missing 21-year-old

The St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing man with ties to Metairie, Florida and LaPlace.
Kerry James Keating was last heard from Nov. 27 at approximately midnight, authorities said.

Keating is a 21-year-old white male, 5’9,” weighing 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Keating was last seen driving a 2001 red Chevrolet Silverado – Florida License Plate CRMK62. The truck was recovered unoccupied Nov. 28 at 2 a.m. on the right lane of I-55 southbound at the 2.2 mile marker in LaPlace.
Keating also has family members in Ascension Parish.
