: The LaPlace Elementary School Baseball team won the Parish Championship April 30. Team members include Malachi Ward, front row, Robert Ursin, Joshua Tamplain, George Smith, back row, Aaron McDonald, Calvin Stewart, coach Kenneth Jackson, Herbert Keys IV, Gabriel Miller, Maurice Howard Jr., Mehki Collins, Dontae Fleming, Michael Knight and coach Kirwin Jackson.
