The seventh grade students at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School couldn’t wait to dissect frogs as part of a recent science lesson. Over the course of two class periods, groups of students worked together to cut the frogs open, investigate the various parts of the frogs, and identify the organs while discussing the function of each. The science lab activity culminated their studies on the body systems. Morgan Williams, from left, Camryn Stewart, Brayden Turner, and Noah Vicknair took turns dissecting the frog and manipulating the organs.
