Raymond K. Smith Middle School announced Jai’Lyn Williams as the 2014-2015 Student of the Year. Jai’Lyn is the daughter of Malissa and Joseph Williams of Hahnville. She is in Beta, Student Council, band, and is a very active member in her church.
