Scholar-Athlete Gage Alleman recently competed at the Speedo Junior Nationals Swimming Championship in Irvine, California. His events included the 200 backstroke, 200 Individual Medley and 400 Individual Medley. He is entering his sophomore year at Cleveland State University.

His next Nationals competition will be in Greensboro, N.C., where his goal is to make a qualifying time for Olympic Trials. At age 4, his swimming career began at Belle Terre, where he learned to be competitive and great sportsmanship.

Alleman graduated from St. Charles High School in 2013 and was named to the USA Swimming Scholastic All-American Team.
