The Louisiana Association of Dance Masters joined Dance Masters of America and their Community Outreach Program this year. At their annual competition in November, LADM’s over 100 members collected items for Catholic Charities.
“We were amazed by the outpouring of support we received in donations this year.” Duanne Cazalot, President of LADM told us. “The Community Outreach Program was recently started by DMA and has really taken off.  We were able to donate over a truck load of items to two charities.”
Padua Community Services, an organization affiliated with
Catholic Charities of New Orleans serving handicapped adults of our community along with their children services were the recipients of LADM’s donations this year.
The Louisiana Association of Dance Masters is an organization of Dance Educators certified by test to teach. Associated with Dance Masters of America, LADM brings dance teachers and students together to advance the art. For information on becoming a member, visit their web site at www.dma-national.org.
