Cheryl Allen of St. James has been certified as a National Trainer-Behavorial Classroom Management by the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. Allen earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston in HR Management with a minor in Training and Organizational Development.

As a consultant for McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy LLC, she developed strategies to improve academic performance through management and performance reviews of school districts and community colleges. Allen is relocating to her home state of Louisiana to train and share strategies with teachers and educators to improve student behavior and academic performance.
