LUTCHER – St. James Parish Hospital was awarded grant funds from the Bayou Region Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.

This grant will be used to assist 30 indigent, uninsured and underinsured women over age 40 in St. James Parish to receive a free screening mammogram.

It also includes five free diagnostic mammograms and five free breast ultrasounds.
