GRAMERCY – Executives from Louisiana Federal Credit Union, along with elected officials from Gramercy, including Parish President Dale Hymel Jr., Gramercy Mayor Herman Bourgeois and guests came together to break ground for the Credit Union’s new Gramercy branch.
The Gramercy branch will be the fourth standalone branch facility for Louisiana FCU, including their current operations in LaPlace, Norco and Hammond. The Credit Union also operates a student-run branch inside of East St John High School located in Reserve.
“Our members who live in the area are excited to finally have a branch in their parish. We are eager to be able to service them in their own locale,” said Rhonda Hotard, Louisiana FCU President & CEO. “We will bring with us not only a commitment to the community but a desire to promote the financial well-being of all of the residents.”
