€ Donald R. Semien, 53, 2920 Essex Ave., LaPlace; DWI – first offense and vehicle entering highway from private drive.

€ Paul A. Jones, Jr., 30, 2121 St. Charles Pl., LaPlace; headlamp on motor vehicles, operating vehicle while license is suspended and contempt of court.

€ Christopher R. Craig, 19, 1800 Tiffany Dr., LaPlace; possession of marijuana.

€ Chanc W. Brooks, 42, 168 Danny Dr., New Orleans; DWI – second offense and careless operation of a motor vehicle.

€ Barry P. Ellis, Jr., 27, 753 Historic East St., Garyville; DWI – first offense and improper lane usage.

€ James R. Billings, 39, 201 Carolyn Dr., Destrehan; DWI – second offense and improper lane usage.

€ Orvett N. Lewis, 22, 241 Annex St., New Sarpy; contempt of court and fugitive from another agency.
