CAMPBELL LAPLACE – Kathleen Suzie Campbell, 51, a native of Duluth, Minn., a formerresident of LaPlace for 20 years and resident of Holly Hills, Fla., for the pastfour years, died May 14. She was the wife of Richard Campbell and mother ofRichard Campbell and Ronald Linsten.
She was also the sister of Joyce Miller, Connie Grace and Allen, Brian and Alvin Aho.
Memorial services are June 3 at 10 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church,LaPlace.
KITTOK METAIRIE – Leatrice “Lea” Kittok, 74, a native of Montz and resident of River Ridge for 43 years, died May 24. She was the wife of Michael Kittok Jr. andmother of Carolyn Asbury, Pam Beaucoudray, Kathy Piazza and Michael III and Richard “Spike” Kittok.
She was also the sister of O’Neil and Willis Williams.
She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were May 29 at Lake Lawn Funeral Home, Metairie, with interment at Lake Lawn Park.
MICHELLI METAIRIE – Amy Kliebert Michelli, 87, a native of Paulina, died May 26. Shewas the wife of the late Gasper Thomas Michelli and mother of Amy Garsaud, Gail Boling, Melanie Perez and Gasper Jr. and Ronald Michelli.She was also the daughter of the late Leon and Elvina Bourgeois Kliebert and sister of Rose Ballay and Leon Jr., Allen, Otis, Garland, Buhel and GertrudeKliebert and the late Eunice Lucia and Velma Kliebert.
She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services were May 29 at Lake Lawn Funeral Home, Metairie, with interment at All Saints Mausoleum.
MILLER KENNER – Anne Blanchard Miller, 65, a native and resident of Kenner, died May 28. She was the the mother of Maria Miller of Norco, Maureen Kabel, RossMiller of Norco and Gregory Miller of Destrehan.
She was also the daughter of the late John and Florence Tassin Blanchard and sister of Joan Montero, Carol Doescher and the late Samuel Blanchard and Mescal Brown.
She is also survived by three grandchildren.
Memorial services are today at noon at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Kenner, with interment at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Metairie.
Visitation starts at 10 a.m.
MOORE NEW ORLEANS – George Moore Sr., 69, a native of St. James Parish and aresident of New Orleans for 36 years, died May 22. He was the father ofJacqulin, George Jr., Karrigan, Melvin and Joseph Moore.He was also the brother of Thelma Lee, Lucille Hills and Aaron and Charles Moore.
Services were held May 27 in the chapel of Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home, New Orleans, with interment at Resthaven Cemetery.
NICHOLS METAIRIE – Agnes Nichols, 86, a native of Ama and resident of Harahan for 80 years, died May 26. She was the wife of the late Edward Nichols Sr., andmother of Agnes Thompkins, Doris Stratton, Ione Graham, Kay James, Judy Dupuy, Rena Sanders and Edward Jr., Bruzzy, Leonard, Charles, Philip,Thomas, Huey, Bruce and Wayne Nichols.
She was also the daughter of the late Charles Zeringue and Josephine Roux and sister of Josephine Diemel, Maybelle Forstall and Charles, Oswald and the late Louis, Philip, Felix, Charles and Leon Zeringue and Marie Witte.
She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services were May 30 in the chapel of Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, Metairie, with interment at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Metairie.
ROUSSEL PAULINA – Lucille Lambert Roussel, 95, a native of Convent and resident of Lutcher, died May 26. She was the wife of the late Adolph Roussel andmother of Camille Cambre and J.D. “Buddy” and Kenneth Roussel.She was also the daughter of the late Honore and Maria Caillouet Lambert and sister of the late Maude Hardie, May Poche, Odile Brignac and George, Allen and Alcee Lambert.
She is survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Services were May 30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with intermentat the church mausoleum.
