Jonathan Michael Christy was born Feb. 9 at 8:05 a.m. at River ParishesHospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.He is the son of Denise Warren Christy and Nathan Anthony Christy of LaPlace and the brother of Courtney Cherrelle Christy.

Maternal grandparents are Sylvia and Don Christy Sr. of Donaldsonville.Paternal grandparents are the Rev. Samuel E. Warren Sr. of LaPlace and thelate Ida L. Warren.

DIXON

Damon Allan Dixon was born Feb. 8 at River Parishes Hospital. He weighed 6pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

He is the son of Melissa Simoneaux and Kenny Dixon of LaPlace.

Maternal grandparents are Sandra and Sherman Simoneaux of Montz.

TAYLOR

Darryl Anthony Taylor Jr. was born Feb. 10 at 5:08 a.m. at River ParishesHospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces.He is the son of Chasity Alexis and Darryl Anthony Taylor Sr. or LaPlace andthe brother of Da’Rae Michelle Anchez Taylor.

Maternal grandparents are Brenda and Ruben Vinnett and Don Joe Sylve of LaPlace. Paternal grandmother is Flora Taylor of Reserve.

LEWIS

Kadasha Monea’ Lewis was born Feb. 7 at 2:55 p.m. at River Parishe Hospital.She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19 inches long.

She is the daughter of Conchata E. Clofer and Haston P. Lewis of Wallace andthe sister of Kasia Lanea’.

Maternal grandparents are Verna Clofer of Wallace and Milton Clofer of LaPlace. Paternal grandparents are Mary and Haston Lewis of Edgard.Godparents are Patricia Gordon and Chatman Jackson.

WILLIAMS

Darrell Lamar Williams was born Feb. 2 at River Parishes Hospital. He weighed7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 21 inches long.

He is the son of Ann Margaret Lafontaine and Darrell Lamar Williams of LaPlace and the brother of Sacrondra and Latoya.

Maternal grandparents are Joyce Lafontaine of Reserve and the late Max Lafontaine. Paternal grandparents are Mildred and James Williams ofGaryville.
