The marriage of Nicole Oubre of LaPlace and Grant Landry Jr. of Reservewas solemnized Sept. 10 at B.B.’s in LaPlace with Judge Sterling Snowdyofficiating. A reception followed the ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Oubre of LaPlace. Thebridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Landry Sr. of Reserve.The bride, whose mother is the former Donna Wright of LaPlace, is employed by Choice Title in LaPlace as a notarial assistant. She is thegranddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Oubre of Reserve.The groom, whose mother is the former Victoria Migliore of LaPlace, is employed by American Iron Reduction in Convent as a maintenance mechanic welder. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Migliore Jr. ofLaPlace and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest M. Landry of Reserve.After a honeymoon trip to the Gulf Coast, the couple will reside in Reserve.
