Undercover sting nets 6 drug arrests

RESERVE – An undercover operation by St. John Sheriff’s Office narcoticsdetectives wrapped up Oct. 22 with six arrests on Northwest 12th Street.Lt. Octavio R. Gonzalez, commander of Narcotics Division, reported thefollowing arrests: Milton Easly, 44, 211 Elm St., LaPlace, possession of marijuana.
Wyles Zeno Jr., 46, 623 Eagle St., LaPlace, possession of marijuana.
Adam J. Dornier, 18, 1898 Delogney St., Lutcher, possession ofmarijuana.
Boyd H. Favaloro, 1643 Second St., Lutcher, possession of marijuana.
Roger Allen Catoire Jr., 21, 186 West Eighth St., Reserve, attempt topossess crack cocaine.
A 15-year-old juvenile from Reserve, obstruction of justice and disturbing the peace.
Neighbors in the community were complaining to Sheriff Wayne L. Jones’soffice of the high traffic of vehicles in the area.
Drivers would have brief conversations with people standing on the corners and apparently conduct a drug transaction.
Narcotics detectives set up an undercover surveillance operation, which resulted in the arrests that evening.
