Beverly Marie LaBauve Tassin passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the age of 80.

She was a native of Garyville and a resident of LaPlace.

She was the beloved wife of the late Nobby J. Tassin; loving mother of Deborah Rice (Thomas), Milton Jarreau Jr., Pamela Brawley, Melissa Fowler (Robert), Helena Albea (Jeff) and the late Barbara Jarreau Camp; and grandmother of Jamie, Junior, Davey, Martha Gail, Stacy, Megan, Harry, Michele, Jeffrey, Tasha, Brittany, Luke and Lila. Also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great granchildren.

She was the daughter of the late Nola Marie Bourgeois and Cyril Joseph LaBauve; sister of Elsie L. Melancon, Betty LaBauve, Vera LaBauve, Linda Ordoyne and the late Shirley Cambre, Dorothy Trosclair and Ray LaBauve.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Highway in LaPlace, on Saturday, March 31 from 9 to 11 a.m. with the Funeral Service to immediately follow in the Chapel at 11 a.m.

Interment is in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
