The first- and second-grade students at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School dressed up and held their annual Mardi Gras parade through Twin Oaks Nursing Home and Maison Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital. The students shared beads and other Mardi Gras throws with the residents. This event each year brightens the day of the residents while it brings smiles to the faces of the young students as they feel the joy of sharing. Dressed in festive garb are Dylan Smith and Brody Remondet as they place beads in a bag for one of the residents.
