HAHNVILLE — Dayna Parker has been hired by the Civil Service Board as the St. Charles Parish Personnel Officer.

Parker now leads the staff of the Personnel Office on the third floor of the St. Charles Parish Courthouse at 15045 River Road in Hahnville. The Personnel Office administers the personnel system for St. Charles Parish, interprets and enforces the Civil Service Rules, administers employee benefits and develops employee training and relations while complying with local, state and federal mandates.

With 18 years of experience, Parker has knowledge of human resources management, staffing, community outreach and training.
